A. Natural Ingredients & Batch Variations

• Subtle variations in color, sediment, or scent nuances between production batches are authentic hallmarks of artisanal perfumery and are not considered manufacturing defects.

B. Allergy Disclaimer & Proper Application

• External Use Only: All Namayasa extraits, mists, and fragrance oils are strictly intended for topical, external cosmetic use on intact skin or clothing. Do not ingest or spray near open flames, eyes, or mucous membranes.
• Skin Chemistry & Patch Test: Fragrance notes develop differently on individual skin chemistries. We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin prior to full application.
• Allergens & Sensitivities: If you experience irritation, redness, or sensitivity, discontinue use immediately. 3. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms

4. Custom Engraving, Bespoke Commissions & Discovery Sets

A. Diamond Engraving & Monogramming

• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the correct spelling, punctuation, and capitalization entered in custom engraving fields.
• We reserve the right to decline engraving requests containing profanity, defamatory text, or trademarked material.
• All engraved or personalized bottles are final sale and non-refundable.

B. Bespoke Formulation Commissions

• Bespoke perfumery commissions involve dedicated sourcing, maceration, and master-nose labor. Once initial development or compounding has commenced, deposits and commission fees are non-refundable.
• Namayasa retains all underlying proprietary intellectual property, compounding rights, and chemical formulas for bespoke creations, granting the client an exclusive license to purchase and enjoy the finalized scent.

C. Discovery Set Credit Vouchers

• Discovery Set purchase credits (where offered) are valid for a single-use redemption towards a full 100ml Extrait bottle within the promotional period stated on your voucher (typically 60 to 90 days from order delivery). Vouchers hold no cash surrender value and are non-transferable.

5. Shipping, Hazardous Materials & Delivery

1. Flammable Liquids Classification: Fine fragrances contain cosmetic-grade perfumer’s alcohol and are classified as Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Materials in transit. Consequently, orders must be shipped via certified surface or authorized air transport couriers.
2. Dispatch Timelines: In-stock catalog items typically dispatch within 2 to 4 business days. Custom-engraved orders require 5 to 7 business days. Bespoke production follows custom timelines agreed upon in writing.
3. Customs, Duties & International Shipping: For international deliveries, the recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all customs clearance fees, import tariffs, and local VAT/excise taxes imposed by the destination country.
4. Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to our atelier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

6. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

A. Cosmetic Hygiene Standards

Due to international health, safety, and cosmetic hygiene regulations, unsealed, sprayed, or used fragrance bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.

B. Return of Unopened Catalog Items

• You may request a return for standard, non-personalized catalog items within 7 days of delivery, provided the outer cellophane wrapping, tamper-evident seals, and presentation boxes remain completely unopened, unused, and in pristine condition.
• Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

C. Damaged or Defective Items
